• Min Investment: Rs. 3 crore

• VyAyAma: Growing Sports Properties, Athlete Services, preferred

• AhAhra: FoodTech, Food Services, Restaurants, Female Nutrition, preferred

• Investment Due Diligence Process - Extensive

  • Professional Data Room = Must.

  • Indian-Born Operator or OCI Operator = Must.

  • Common Equity Investments = Must. No fancy structures.

  • Products/Brand Sponsorship Potential = Nice to have.

  • We can invest across all investment stages. Not scared by startups, but they will be held to a high standard. Experience across early stage, private equity and public equities
